Hello once again! Phil is on his annual vacation this week and next. This means that between appointments we’ll be trying to get out and about and have fun together as a family. As a part of this, I will also be trying my best to spend as little time here on the PC as possible (As I type he’s out with the kids to pick up spare brake light bulbs for the car). There are so many reasons to go screen free, for adults as well as children, and this week I’ll share some of these reasons with you, the experience of others who have done it, and some activities to keep you busy away from the screen.
I know that as a frugal homeschooling family, we do tend to use the internet for many resources, and it’s fantastic and full of information, but turning it off and being more hands-on and real-life is much more fun!
Could you (or have you) gone screen free? Tell us about it in the comments!
