We recently received our December Degustabox with a Gourmet & Fiesta theme. Thanks to Degustabox UK for sending this box our way so that we can share our review with you.
Most months there are two boxes, one with alcohol and one without; when you subscribe to Degustabox you’ll choose which box is your personal preference. There may also be different product flavour versions available randomly within boxes. However, as reviewers, we often receive most or all of these variations so we can try them all out and share our thoughts with you.

Gourmet & Fiesta Top Picks
Ufit Crunchers Sea Salt and Vinegar were very moreish. They are light and crunchy, with a tangy salt and vinegar flavour. Great to share with friends, or hoard for yourself.

I hadn’t tried Vermouth until now, and if you’re in the same boat, then give Pedrino Vermouth and Tonic Spritz a try, it’s a good introduction with it’s uplifting flavour that is gentle with hints of grapefuit and florals.
The Kids’ Top Picks
Unsurprisingly, the children really liked the Candy Kittens in Tropical Mango with their lovely colours and fruity flavour. They may even consider them the cat’s meow of this box.
Made Good Granola Bars are soft and chewy and remind me of my camping days as a child. You will receive one flavour in your Degustabox, however, we received all 3 flavours in order to share our thoughts with you. Tristan’s favourite is the chocolate chip, with little chippits sprinkled throughout giving extra spots of sweetness. The banana chocolate chip is similar, but with the background taste of bananas. The Mixed Berry have little shots of tangy fruit flavours that give a little punch to every bite.
Indie Bay Snacks Dark and Milk Chocolate Pretzels Bites were something that the children gravitated towards first out of the box. They’ve liked the Indie Bay Pretzel Bites in previous boxes, but they enjoyed these even more covered in either milk or dark chocolate! Sweet, salty, and crunchy.
More Gourmet & Fiesta Products
We received a Smith and Sinclair Alcoholic Cocktail Gummie in our box. There are many flavours and this time we had Mandarin Spritz and it was delicious!
Gloriously Grown Vietnamese Jumbo Wrapped Cashews are quite glorious; I knew that Phil would enjoy these. Not too salty, but full of flavour , these cashews are larger than usual.
One thing Degustabox is good at is choosing beer. In this month’s alcoholic box was Lagunitas Daytime Session IPA, which is light so that it’s not too filling to weigh you down. It’s slightly citrusy, which I like, too.
King Monty Pop Rice Choc Bar was sweet and crispy, and everyone preferred it over the King Monty Sunny Orange Choc Bars, except Phil, who preferred the orange flavour, which is a more intense bar than the rice.
Phil likes Oteas Green Tea, Cranberry, Cherry and Strawberry, just as he has enjoyed previous Oteas flavours. I find its aftertaste a little too bitter for my tastebuds, but that just means he can have the whole box to himself!
