What a great week at Mom’s Library last week where I featured tree and plant activities. There were 139 fantastic ideas linked up and I’m sure there will more this week as the holiday season kicks into full gear. With lots of our thoughts turning towards Christmas, I have decided to focus on December holiday helpers. It’s a little mix of everything that may help you out at sometime in the month ahead.
Check out last week’s Mom’s Library feature tree and plant activities as well as many other awesome ideas!
December holiday helpers
Sugar Aunts has a creative way to have the children help with the gift wrapping and making it personal. It will keep the kids busy and involved and also comes in handy when you run out of paper at the last minute.
Adorned From Above shares some children’s mocktail recipes for us. Kids love to feel grown up, and having a mocktail to ring in the New Year is perfect.
The (Mis)Adventures of a “Born Again” Farm Girl has the cutest snowman snacks. A perfect and healthy treat over the winter, and great in the run up to Christmas when meals aren’t always so healthy.
Robyn’s View shares a detailed tutorial to perfectly carve and present the turkey this year.

P is For Preschooler shares some helpful advice about helping children become comfortable around dogs. This will come in handy this holiday season as we are out and about visiting friends and family.
